COUNTY REPRESENTATIVES

The Club wishes Daire Cregg a speedy recovery from the injury he sustained during the Roscommon Under 17 Championship match against Galway. Daire, along with his brother Oisin and cousin Cathal Feely contributed handsomely to the Rossies great win over the Tribesmen. All in the Club look forward to seeing Daire back to his great form in the near future.

Sinead Glennon, member of the Senior Ladies team, was on the panel for the Roscommon Ladies Connacht Intermediate Championship game versus Leitrim. The ladies won the game well and secured their place in the Final.

Aisling Feely and Isabelle King represented Boyle on the Roscommon U16 Girls A1 Connacht Final versus Leitrim on Sunday in Ballyhaunis. Both girls have been strong forces for both the underage and Senior Ladies Club. Roscommon beat Leitrim by 2.27 to 3.07 with Isabelle at full back and Aisling at full forward, congratulations to the girls.

NOTES

Members from the Boyle GAA Executive attended a presentation on the One Club concept last week from St Dominic’s members in what was a very informative talk on the direction of Boyle GAA’s future.

Finally, we hope that all of the boys and girls that made their First Holy Communion in Boyle on Saturday shared a special day with their friends and family.
