“One of the largest crowds seen in Boyle for a long time”. That was the line on most peoples lips following today’s St. Patrick’s Day parade.
The day was cold, but dry and the rain held off until about 10 minutes after the parade finished.
Unlike many other towns. Boyle held their parade on the feast of St. Patrick, and this paid dividends with such large crowds in attendance.
