Boyle Gardai seek public’s assistance

Boyle Gardai are seeking the assistance of the public in relation to the following:

Knockvicar break in: An attempted break in took place at a house in Cartron, Knockvicar when a rear window was broken on Thursday August 11th at 3pm. The male culprit fled the scene when disturbed

Croghan sheep theft: 52 sheep, (21 ewes and 31 lambs) were stolen from lands at Clogher, Croghan between Tuesday August 2nd and Wednesday August 10th.

Fatal RTA at Ardcarne: Gardai are renewing their appeal for information on a fatal road crash at Ardcarne, Boyle on Tuesday night/Wednesday morning last. Any motorist travelling on the N4 on Tuesday night/Wednesday morning shortly after midnight and who noticed anything that may be of assistance are asked to contact their local Garda station.
