The club spins on Tuesday and Thursday last were well supported which is good to see.
On the Tuesday spin we were joined by Des McLoughlin, Enda Madden and Eddie Conroy for their last outing before heading to France.
They participate in L’Etape du Tour on Sunday which takes in stage 18 of this years Tour de France from Pau to Hautacam including the ascent of the famed Tourmalet.

On Saturday a number of club members are participating in Westportif in Westport with 80k and 160k routes on offer.
Joe Mulleady and Conor Nerney will represent the club on Sunday in the Connacht Time Trial championships in Swinford.
The club spin is scheduled to take place on Sunday but this will be decided on by numbers attending in Westport the previous day.
