Well done to club member Michelle Lannon who won the 6am Dawn Run Ladies Running Race in Carrick on Saturday morning.
On Sunday another Social Sunday Cycle took place.
Thanks to Mary Flynn for being the leader of the event.
The club cycles continue this week with spins on Tuesday and Thursday departing the Crescent at 7pm.
