Congratulations to Diarmuid Sutton from Carrick Road who won bronze while representing Boyle at the Community Games National Swimming Finals in Dublin on Saturday.
Diarmuid was competing in the Under 16 freestyle competition.
He also recorded a personal best time of 25.96 seconds
Abbey Community College student Diarmuid swims with the Trident Swim Club in Carrick on Shannon and has been on the winners podium many times previously.
