Excitement builds ahead of Show

Preparations are continuing Saturday for Boyle Horse and Summer Show which will take place in Boyle GAA training grounds at The Warren on Sunday August 20th.

This year the summer show will feature Horse Jumping (SJI), Junk Couture, Vegetable showing, horticulture, Arts and Crafts, Home Baking/Produce, Photography, Junior Sections, Dog Show, Family Activities, Stalls, Horse Showing, Fancy Dress, Master Crafts and much more.

There is certainly something for everyone this Sunday at Boyle show.

The organisers say there is great interest this year in the Show Jumping competition with the Lough Arrow Estates Cup making a welcome return for the winner on the day.

The Dog Show is always an enjoyable part of the Show and it will commence at 1pm with 25 classes to enter.

Boyle Show is also a qualifying event for the All Ireland Gun Dog Championship at Beltra Show.

Gates open to the public at 9am with jumping scheduled to commence at 11am.

Competition entries accepted at the marquee in the grounds on Sunday morning from 9am until 12 noon.
