Taoiseach visits Lough Key

Arriving over an hour behind schedule, An Taoiseach Enda Kenny visited Lough Key Forest Park today at the request of local T.D. Frank Feighan. An Taoiseach met with election hopefuls and local people and seemed at ease as his characteristic recall of names and places was to the fore. The rain held off to allow Deputy Feighan to outline the progress that has been made in the Facility. After a brief walk around, An Taoiseach adjourned to the visitor Centre where he was entertained by staff member Darragh Beirne who sang a song in Irsh to an appreciative audience.
