A large number of runners, walkers and families turned out today in Lough Key Forest Park for a 5k walk/run in aid of children with Autism.
Organised by Boyle native Majella Frizzel (nee McCrann), those who participated were greeted by a crisp and sunny beautiful winters day.
Majella would like to thank all who helped make the event possible including marshals, those who assisted at registration, Louise from Moylurg Rockingham and Super Valu Boyle who sponsored the water.
Majella would also like to send out a big thank you to all who participated and in the process raised funds for children with Autism.
