Over 200 competitors took part in the second Toughest Muckers challenge in Lough Key Forest Park today.
The competitors were sent on their way by DJ Francis Candon in 3 different groups with the first leaving at 12 noon.
10k and 25 obstacles later, tired and wet challengers made their way to the finishing line and a cool beer or warm drink.
Included in the familiar faces on the course were members of Irelands Fittest families TV programme and many local people.
All were high in their praise for the organisation of the event which was billed by many as “one of the best if not thee best in the country”.
