The death has occurred Pierce (Percy) Carty, (Drumlion, Carrick-on- Shannon and formerly of Carty’s Castle, Rockingham, Boyle)
May 3rd 2018, (peacefully) in the care of the wonderful staff of Sligo University Hospital, following a brief illness.
Dearly beloved brother of Phyllis (Killumod), Frances (Cootehall), Angela, Vera, Lena (UK), nephews, nieces, relatives, wonderful neighbours and many friends.
Reposing at Shivnan’s Funeral Home, Ballyfarnon on Friday evening from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. Removal to St. Michael’s Church, Drumlion, Carrick-on-Shannon, arriving 7p.m. Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday at 12 noon, followed by cremation at Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan Town.
