Local group seeks new members

Boyle Chamber of Commerce – Boyle Town & More, a hardworking group of volunteers working towards improving Business and attractions in Boyle are seeking new members to join them.

As like all rural towns, effort and innovation is needed to bring life back to our town centres. While we recognise everyone is busy keeping above board in their own business, we must share the responsibility, to share the success.

If you would like to be part of a vibrant enthusiastic positive action group willing Boyle to return to the life and footfall we enjoyed in our town previously we urge you to make contact today with any of the committee, and commit to one year working together to improve Boyle.

The Committee are: Alan Cooney, Dara Callaghan, Alison Clarke, Stephen Bohan, Bodo Funke, Padraig Langan, Ciaran O Connor, Mary Clifford, Mary Cretaro, Jackie Valentine, Michael Keville, Cecil Draper, Brian Kelly, Patricia Golden, Siobhan Gallagher and Gerry Whelehan.

For a membership fee of €50 for the year (to cover admin, and support of major town events and town projects) you can join an enthusiastic group of individuals who, over the last year have worked on the following:

  • New Boyle TM/Chamber Website.
  • Continuous liaison with Roscommon County Council & Leader Partnership; Boyle Town Team and Courthouse Committee; Inland Waterways & Blueway.
