CRFC Minis (6yrs to 11yrs/Boys & Girls)

Last Saturday saw our Minis Section wrap up their home training with a fun filled session which was so much fun, we ran over our time and nobody, not even the parents, noticed or minded.

The season will be finishing up with a bang when CRFC Mini section go on tour, to the big smoke. next Sunday 12/05/2015 and take on Lansdowne RFC no less!!

A big thank you again to all our players who got their mums and dads out of bed EVERY wintery, Saturday morning to bring them to training and so that they could learn all about commitment and loyalty to club and community, a great education and life skill!!

Besides the blitzes, besides the coaching, besides the new Canterbury jackets and beanies, besides the new friendships, besides the character building, besides the increased fitness, besides the value for money and besides the new or continued interest in rugby, it wasn’t a bad season after all . . . . it was fantastic!!!!

We look forward to seeing all our players back next season and we hope that more new players, at all age levels, might join up to help improve our squads and our club.

As mentioned previously, this year’s Summer Camp will be in our home ground at Keenaghan, Carrick on Shannon on the 13th to 17th of July 2015.   The kit provided this year is better than ever and along with a free ticket into the Sportsground and a weeks coaching provided, is excellent value for money.   More information will be available on our club website, www.carrickrugbyclub.ie/1 and also on the Connacht Rugby website soon.
