MK Financial win Bright Sparks quiz

Over 230 people enjoyed the annual “Bright Sparks” quiz in St. Joseph’s Hall on Friday night.

Organised as a fundraiser for Boyle Christmas Light’s, the overall winners were a team representing MK Financial.

Following a tie breaker, 2nd place went to Cooney Motors with Abbey College coming in 3rd.

Well known estate agent Mike ‘Junior’ Smith acted as MC.

Numerous spot prizes were given out with the following winners:

A big thank you from the organising crew of the Good Friday Bright Sparks Quiz, to the large number of teams who supported the event.

Almost 60 teams packed the hall with MK Financials-Michael Keville and his team taking the title, followed closely by  Cooney Motors  in 2nd  and Abbey Community College in 3rd Place.

The fundraiser for the Boyle Christmas Lights could not have been such a success without the support of the Community of Boyle.

Special thanks to the Hall Committee-for the hall, and Abbey Community College for the tables; to our Quiz designers, MC for the night, correctors, collectors and distributors of answer sheets, the registration team, tea/coffee team and the raffle team-a big thank you.
