Motorists planning to travel on the N4 to Sligo Friday morning 21st will be delighted to know that Sligo County Council have cancelled major road works planned for today Friday 21st.
Works were to take place at the N17/N4 roundabout at Collooney which would have resulted in “significant delays” but according to the council “due to cirucmstances beyond our control” the works have been deferred.
