Pilates class on Wednesday
Pilates/Run Free classes continue on Wednesday 23rd January in Convent Primary School Gym.
Pilates Beginner/intermediate 6 -7pm
Run Free 7 – 8pm
Pilates is a great way of improving Core strength and stability, increasing flexibility and joint mobility, balance and general well being.
Run Free is a movement class combining the principles of Pilates with strength, conditioning and flexibility specific to running.
The aim of the class is improving performance and reducing the risk of injury.
