Pilates/ Tabata on Wednesday

Week four of a six week block of Pilates/Tabata Classes continue tonight Wednesday in the Convent Primary School Gym.

Pilates – Beginner/Back Care 6 – 7pm.

Intermediate 7 – 8pm

Tabata   All levels 8.10 Р9pm


Advanced Pilates 7am – 7.50am
