Pilates/ Tabata on Wednesday

Pilates/Tabata Classes continue on Wednesday 17th January in the Convent Primary School Gym.

Pilates – Beginner/Back Care 6 – 7pm.

Intermediate 7 – 8pm

Tabata   All levels 8.10 – 9pm

Thursday 18th

Core Training 7am – 7.50am
