Today is the day to get that last workout in before the Christmas break.
Three classes take place in the Fitt Factory Boyle today Friday December 21st.
6.45am – Pedal Power Spinning Class
6pm – Zumba
6.45pm – Fit Hiit Mix
All classes open to male and female with pay as you go option available.
The Fitt Factory closes this evening for Christmas and New Year break and will reopen Tuesday January 10th.
