It’s good news or bad news depending on whither you are selling or buying a house in County Roscommon.
According to research from Real Estate Alliance house price in Roscommon have increased by 20% in the past year.
Across the country, the highest increase has been in Cavan up 30%, Westmeath and Cork up 28% and Dublin 24%.
The average price of 3 bed semi nationwide according to the report now stands at €180,00 up 22% in the past year.
The report also says that at the moment, properties are on the market on average 7 weeks before being sold.
