The winners of the recent Boyle GAA fundraising raffle trip to New York John and Brian McMahon are pictured at Dublin Airport yeaterday on their way to the USA for Sunday’s Roscommon game.
A large contingent from Boyle – players, management and supporters of the Roscommon senior team – have travelled to New York for the preliminary round of the Connacht Senior Football Championship.
Roscommon will play New York on Sunday May 1st at 8pm in Gaelic Park (3pm NYC time).
A host of pre match get togethers and activities have been planned for the team and supporters while in the Big Apple.
Last night Boyle man Chris O Dowd launched the Dermot Earley Center at an event in NYC.
