Boyle and Manorhamilton/Dromhair are the chosen locations for a short film shoot this coming week.
Bear Print Films will begin shooting ” Out of his Misery ” in Boyle on Sunday July 24th with filming concluding locally on Wednesday 27th.
Out of his Misery is a short comedy film set in rural Ireland. When eight-year-old Cal mistakenly believes his parents are planning to murder his senile Grandad, Cal takes it upon himself to save the day.
Some of the filming will take place in a Nursing Home in Boyle with more around the town.
Dromahair native Megan Devanney from Bear Print Films told Boyletoday.com “We are currently still seeking extras, men for the scene shooting in Boyle on Sunday and a mixture for the scene shooting near Dromahair on Wednesday.
