Sunday cycle departs Crescent at 9am

With two weeks remaining until the Ronan McCormack opening sportive of the season, this Sunday’s cycle will see the overall distance ramp up to 100k.

But those who want to cycle a lot less are also catered for.

The first leg of 30k is cycled at a leisurely and enjoyable pace leaving the Crescent at 9am and returning to Boyle Motor Works for a coffee stop at 10.15- 10.30am.

The second leg of 70k has plenty of turn offs for those who want more than 30k but less than 100k.

Seperatley, can all cyclists please ensure they complete their membership for the 2016 season with Cycling Ireland.
