Boyle may soon be in line for 10 new dwelling houses.
Mulryan Construction Ltd have signalled their intention to apply to Roscommon Co Co for the development on lands adjacent to Station Road and Cnoc An Raille, Termon Townland.
The development will consist of the demolition of two dilapidated dwelling houses and the construction of 4 semi detached single storey and 6 semi detached storey and a half dwelling houses.
Also included in the application is connection to public services, all ancillary site works, services and boundaries.
