Four Curlieu Wheelers members took part in last night’s leg of the Sligo Summer Cycling League – Carmel Regan, Jackie O’Connor, Conor Nerney and Joe Mulleady. Conor led the bunch home to claim victory on what was a wet night for cycling.
Tonight (Thursday) sees the same cyclists partake in the final Innisfree Wheelers time trial also in Sligo where Joe Mulleady will push to get the points for overall victory in the last leg of 6, while in Boyle the Thursday club spin is scheduled to leave the Boys N.S. at 7pm.
