Duties to include

 Maximising sales & profiting performance and achieving company KPI s through demonstrating strong commercial acumen. Inspire, lead and motivate staff through the support and development of assistant manager. Ensure that your team delivers exceptional customer service. Demonstrate strong organisational skills through implementation of systems and processes to utilise resources to best effect. Deliver exemplary standards in store presentation, stock control and administration compliance. Must have a real passion and energy for the brand and with working within the retail environment. Ensure at all times that store is operating commercially and efficiently.

Skills Requirements

Excellent communication skills. Fluent English. Minimum 5 years proved retail store management stand-alone experience. Ability to work in a very busy environment. Demonstrate enthusiasm, motivation, resilience and drive for achievement, coupled with planning and organisational skills. Must inspire confidence and leadership. Must have a deep knowledge of retail in FMCG environment.
