The Coast to Coast build up continues with back to back training cycles this weekend.
On Saturday and Sunday there will be an 80k cycle each day, departing the Crescent at 8am.
As the Coast to Coast will cover approx. 170k each day, back to back training is vitally important.
After 18th/19th September, the Sunday spins will revert back to a shorter distance.
The club organised pilates classes are nearly at capacity.
