The Cooney Motor’s/Cooney Centra started their league campaign with a defeat to Oran in Rockfield. A great team performance but due to injuries they fell short at the end. The management thanks all that made themselves available. Their next outing is St. Patrick’s day with a home game against Kilglass Gaels. If anyone would like the opportunity to get involved with the Junior management please contact any club official.
The James Lannon Tyre Centre U-16’s were defeated by St. Aidan’s in the division three league on Saturday last.
