Last Sunday’s nine hole was won by John McGuinn 22pts, 2nd Terry Canning 21pts, 3rd James Shivnan 21pts.
Competitions for this week are the Winter Open running Monday – Saturday. Next Sunday will be an eighteen hole stableford.
At the presentation of prizes last week competition secretary Padraig O’Connell thanked all those who took part in the competitions and thanked committee members Sean Heslin, Michael Simon, Tommy King and Michael Rush for their support. The December draw took place in the clubhouse last Sunday evening. Jackpot winner was Seamus & Marie Gallagher €70, runners up Kathleen Candon & Michael Rush €40 Thanks to all who took part and good luck in the next draw.
Congrats to Michelle Quinn and Shane O’Dowd on the birth of their baby boy Lochlainn last Tuesday.
Membership letters have been sent out. Payments in before January 31st will receive three green fees for use by family or friends. Payments can be forwarded to Geraldine McDermottroe, Membership Secretary, Carrick Road, Boyle or paid on line. Banking details are included with membership letter.
