The Castlerea Christmas Lights will be switched on Friday evening December 7th at 7pm on the Square.
Santa Claus will make a special appearance and there will be hot chocolate, carol singing and face painting on the evening.
On Sunday, the annual Castlerea Christmas Craft & Food Fair will take place in the Castlerea Enterprise Hub.
An Chistin are hosting food demos at the Fair from 1pm. Benny, Una and Kathy will demonstrate how to have a STRESS-FREE CHRISTMAS, with demonstrations of recipes that can be made well in advance and will also include some leftover recipes to make the most of the ingredients bought. Q & A session included, with tickets available at door.
