A father and son from the well known Jinks family in Athlone are walking from Athlone to Roscommon this Sunday in aid of The Carers Association.
They will depart from Ganly’s Hardware at 9am wearing full army kit including a weighted rucksack.
If you live along the route or are travelling between Roscommon and Athlone on Sunday please cheer them along on the day.
