The death has occurred of Bridgie Dalton (née Cregg) Brookvale Avenue, Roscommon Town and formerly Ballymore, Boyle, Co Roscommon. March 20th, 2022.
(Peacefully); surrounded by her loving family, in the excellent care of the staff at Portiuncula University Hospital, Ballinasloe and previously the dedicated care of the staff at Oakwood Nursing Home, Roscommon. Bridgie is pre-deceased by her parents Malachy and Annie and by her brother Bernie. Beloved wife of Perry and much loved mother of Anna, Peter, Malcolm and Nicola. She will be deeply regretted by her family, sons-in-law Brian and Thomas, daughters-in-law Siobhán and Anne, her adored grandchildren Tonya, Mella, James, Ava, Liam, Clara, Domhnall and Seadhna, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, wonderful neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon on Monday evening from 7 o’c until 8.30 o’c (walk through only please) followed by removal to the Sacred Heart Church, Roscommon. Mass of the Resurrection on Tuesday at 11 o’c. Burial afterwards in St Coman’s Cemetery, Roscommon. Donations if desired to the Roscommon Hospice (DONATE HERE).
