An Bord Pleanala will decide if developer Donie Kenny’s major retail and office development in Monksland, South Roscommon will go ahead or not.
A group titles River Village Traders have appealed Roscommon Co Co decision to grant permission for the multi million euro development.
A decision is due from the planning appeals board in May 2015.
