Premises renovation gets go ahead

Planning permission has been given to Seamus Flaherty, subject to 14 conditions, for the renovation and remodelling of his existing commercial premises at Carrick Road, Warren or Drum Townland to include:

Increased height of building to match height of existing adjacent commercial premises, demolition and removal of part of front of building and the construction of an extension (floor area 16.39sqm) to the front, together with all ancillary site works and services.
