“Today (19th February 2020) I got communication from the H.S.E. regarding my retirement from the H.S.E”.
“From the 29th February 2020 my G.M.S list, that is Medical Card Holders, Doctor Visit Card Holders and Under 6 Card Holders will be transferred to Dr Barry Cosgrove, Primary Care Centre, Boyle”.
“I will continue until the 31st March 2020 to provide medical care to Non medical Card Holders who are in the process of getting another GP and to facilitate file transfer etc”.
