Carrick Under 10s Blitz report

Our U10 played in the Connacht Blitz in Ballina. They played 3 games , first game was against Loughrea. Loughrea got off to a early start. However a very strong second half from Carrick and great teamwork gave Carrick a well deserved win.
The second game against  Oughtard was a very close run game and resulted in a draw. Our final game against Monivea was hard fought, this was our third game in a row without a break and we ran out of steam in the second half  and were just beaten by a last minute try.
Overall a excellent display by Carrick U 10 who made their Club , Coaches and most of all their parents very proud. The U10  have had a excellent season and the talent and team spirit in this young team is one to be admired by all. Finally a huge well done to the U 10 squad players !!!!
