This Sunday August 31st sees the annual Sprint Triathlon in Boyle’s Lough Key Forest Park.
Entries for the event closed on Sunday last with great interest shown from all over Ireland by a large number of triathletes.

08:00 – Transition zone opens
09:30- Registration closes
09:30 – Marshal briefing
09.45 – Transition closes
10:00 – Race briefing
10:15 – Enter water
10:30 – RACE START
12:00 to 13:15 – Buffet lunch served on the green in front of the lake (Present your Lunch token)
13.15 – Prize giving ceremony
