‘Aging well: Creating a Life Review’ is a one day experiential workshop designed to guide the participants gently through a review of their lives.
The day can best be described as a series of conversations, in response to input and reflective questions, rather than a lecture.
Participants are invited into conversation with themselves, with one another and with the presenters.
We begin with a focus on the past, and then draw on the present, to understand its significance.
We then proceed to look at the future because we believe that we should never settle for who we are but rather aim for who we can become.
The potential benefits of a life review are many; reconciling one’s past life, finding forgiveness, reconnecting with community and family, increased life satisfaction.
Thursday 11th October from 10am-4pm in Boyle Family Resource Centre 071 9663000. Cost: €40 – Booking essential.
