In the Raftery’s Oakland Hotel sponsored Premier Division of the Roscommon and District League Ballinasloe Town snatched all three points from their top of the table clash with Boyle Celtic at Boyle. Leaders Boyle Celtic failed to take the many chances they created and paid the price when the experienced Ballinasloe Town side won a penalty kick at the end of time added on at the end of the game. Liam Lynch converted the spot kick for the undefeated Ballinasloe Town side. Ballinasloe are three points behind the leaders but with two games less played.
