We were blessed with warm weather, great supporters and exciting games. Huge thanks from the organising committee to the teams who participated, Referees and Umpires, parking staff, parents who provided food, the tuck shop and tea shop managers as well as the Daly family for presenting both runner up and winner medals.
Sean Daly was a founder member of the Ladies GAA Club in Boyle and now this competition is held each year to honour his massive contribution to the Club. It is great to see the Ladies Club continue to flourish with teams at all ages soaring amongst their divisions.
Congratulations to all those involved in Roscommon Ladies Minor outfit and management who are heading into the All Ireland Minor B Final on August 3 versus Longford. A special word to our Boyle representatives – Saoirse Wynne, Megan McKeon, Kate Harrington, Maeve Brogan and Kieran McKeon.
