Lough Key Forest Park in Boyle was once again the venue for the 9th annual County Roscommon Play Day on Sunday July 3rd.
Large crowds started to arrive from 1.30pm onwards with free entry to the car parks for all.
Cathaoirleach of Roscommon Co Co Tony Ward officially opened the Play Day.
He was accompanied by Councillor John Cummins and the Chairperson of Roscommon County Childcare Committee who organised the day.
Roscommon County Council, Roscommon County Childcare Committee, Roscommon Sports Partnership, Roscommon Leader Partnership, Castlerea Inflatables and the Football Association of Ireland all provide a range of activities for the visiotrs to enjoy.
Of particular interest were the inflatables which were placed at strategic locations throughout the Park.
