King House will remain open this week from 11am to 5pm for the public to view the McAleese Collection.
President Mary McAleese has donated more than 60 gifts to the State which she received during her 14 years in office.
Many of those items were presented by Heads of State from around the world, including Barack Obama and Yasser Arafat.
The House will remain open until the 30th of October.
