This Sunday sees the retun of the annual sprint Triathlon to Boyle’s Lough Key Forest Park.
Entries for the event closed last Wednesday with great interest shown from all over Ireland by a large number of triathletes.
Schedule for Saturday 3rd September evening and Race Day:

19.00 – Registration opens in main building
20.00 – Registration closes
Sunday
07:30 – Park opens
07:45 – Registration opens
08:15 – Transition zone opens

09:30 – Registration closes
No late registration. TI members must have membership card. Non members must have a one day licence (they are not sold on the day). Photo ID must be presented.
09:30 – Marshal briefing
10:00 – Competitors briefing on lawn area in front of Transition/ Run out
10:15 – Competitors will be counted into water and may warm-up
10:25 – Competitors line-up at buoys 20metres from shoreline
10:30 – RACE START
12:15 to 13:30 – Buffet lunch served on the green in front of the lake (Present your Lunch token)
14:00 – Prize giving ceremony
