The death has occurred of Marie McVeigh, née Woods, The Plains, Boyle, Co. Roscommon on August 19th 2023-
Peacefully, at Sligo University Hospital.
Predeceased by her husband Oliver McVeigh, her parents Albert and Margaret Woods and her brother Lal (Jim) Woods.
Marie is sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sons Charlie, Oliver and Martin, daughters Jenny, Maggie and Geraldine, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
May Marie’s Gentle Soul Rest In Eternal Peace.
Marie will repose at Mahon’s Funeral Home, Boyle, on Monday (August 21st) from 5pm until 7pm. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated in St. Michael’s Church, Cootehall, on Tuesday at 11.30am, followed by burial afterwards in Ardcarne Graveyard.
