The death has occured of Sr. Mary McDermott, formerly Main Street, Roscommon and Convent of Mercy, Boyle. June 18th 2018 peacefully in Drumderrig Nursing Home, Boyle.
Predeceased by her father Tom and mother Mai, brothers Tom, Pat and John and sisters Janet and Deirdre. Sadly missed by her sisters Josephine Hennigan (Roscommon) and Sister Fidelma (Ursuline Convent, Sligo) and brother Dermot (U.S.A), nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Deeply regretted by the Sisters of Mercy Western Province.
Reposing in Mahon’s Funeral Home, Boyle on Tuesday, June 19th, 4.30pm until 6.30pm. arriving St. Joseph’s Church at 7pm. Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, June 20th, at 11 am. Funeral afterwards to Assylinn Cemetery. Family flowers only please.
