Mrs Betty McDermott, Ardagh, Boyle has been bereaved by the sudden death of her brother John Anthony (Tony) Coen, Ross Rd, Riverstown, Co. Sligo and formerly of Coolboy, Castlebaldwin, Co Sligo on June 7th 2021.
Predeceased by his father John. Deeply regretted by his loving mother Teresa, sisters Margaret Mc Gowan (Culfadda), Betty Mc Dermott (Boyle) and Patricia Gannon (Kildare), brother David (Ballinasloe), brothers-in-law Francie, Joe and Sean, sister-in-law Heidi. Sadly missed by Phyllis and Dylan and fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, neighbours and his many friends.
Mass of the Resurrection on Thursday at 12 noon in St. Patrick’s Church, Ballyrush, followed by burial afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery. House private, please, on Thursday morning. Family flowers only, donations in lieu, if so desired, to The Irish Heart Foundation c/o Mc Dermott’s Funeral Directors, Castlebaldwin.
Tony’s funeral will be held within current government and HSE guidelines. The Coen family thank you for your understanding at this difficult time and invite those who would have liked to attend the funeral Mass or sympathise to do so in the condolence section on RIP.ie
