Shuttington Holdings Limited have indicated that they intend to apply to Roscommon County Council for permission of a development at Warren/Drum, Carrick Road, Boyle.
The development will consist of:
- The change of use of existing garage to convenience shop (gross floor area for change of use 84 sqm)
- Alterations to internal building layout including the provision of customer seating area, relocation of existing hot and cold deli, alterations to the North, South and East elevations and all associated work.
In a separate notice, Shuttington Holdings have signalled their intention to apply for planning permission at Warren/Drum, Carrick Road for change of use of existing convenience shop and petrol station to include use as an off licence.
Permission will also be sought for alterations to internal building layout to include provision of customer seating, upgrade customer and staff toilets, staff office/facilities and upgraded deli/food preparation area and changes to North and South elevations.
