There is still time to sponsor Boyle Under 8’s as they undertake a half marathon on Sunday in the Abbey Park.
This exciting event takes place at 9.30am this Sunday morning with the young footballers hopeing to run 52 laps of the pitch in an allocated time.
Each player will run no more than 2 laps each and just one length at a time.
The organisers are seeking small donations towards the fundraising effort on the day.
Monies raised will go towards the purchase of club gear for the lads to give them an early connection with the club and encourage them to continue to play for many years to come.
