The brainchild of local man Paddy Gilboy from Tara Marina, Knockvicar, Boyle, the Ark featured recently on RTE’s Nationwide and has since generated great interest.
Billed as being ‘ideal for a home or vacation’, the novel looking Ark is a fully floating apartment with two double ensuite bedrooms, living room/dining area/kitchen and forward deck, rooftop garden and a floating boardwalk surrounding the ARK, measuring, circa 52 m2 of living accommodation and a roof garden of 20m2.
