Night Porter
The night porter should be able to interact well with guests and ideally have some bar and front office experience, the position is front office based but often involves some food and bar service. The night porter is responsible for insuring that the front of house cleaning checklists are completed and the front of house areas of the hotel are ready for the arrival of our first guests in the morning. Two or Three days per weekend. Strong references essential.
Kitchen Porter
We are looking for a kitchen porter to work in Moira’s fine dining restaurant, The ideal person should be used to working under pressure in a busy environment. Our kitchen porters always have good attention to detail and understand their role in producing our award winning food .This is a physically demanding job. The position is a permanent position working 3 days per week for the winter and 5 days per week over the summer season.
Sales Coordinator (part-time)
We are looking for a sales coordinator who has previously worked in a similar style hotel and dealt directly with tour operators and travel agents . The Sales Coordinator must be able to generate new bookings and build relationships with tour operators and travel agents. This position may suit a person returning to work or looking to work a flexible three days per week, definite hotel sales experience is needed.
