Congratulations to Boyle man Robert Reid who has secured a nomination for Best Comedian at Sunday’s Association of Irish Musical Societies (AIMS) nominations awards.
Robert was nominated following his performance in Corofin Musical Society’s production last year of “The Hot Mikado”.
Robert previously won an award with Boyle Musical Society in 2015.
Unfortunately, Boyle Musical Society did not feature in the nominations for their recent production of “Hairspray”
The main awards ceremony will take place in Killarney on June 17th.
